Admission Requirements

Degree Program

A. Present personally the following document to OSA staff.
        Two pieces 1 ½ x 1 ½ recent identical colored I.D. picture

    Evidences of grades:
        Graduation high school student: certifies copy of 4^th year card (form 137).
        High school graduates original and photocopy of 4^th year card.
        For transferees: Transcript of record.

B. Pay the testing fee at the cashier, administration building.
C. Submit the filled out application form together with the requirements and official receipt to OSA staff      and secure your test permit.
D. Take entrance test on the date, time, and room stated on your test receipt.

Master’s Program

A. A Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the graduate program to be pursued.
B. Intellectual capacity for advance studies.
C. Original Transcript of records.
D. Two (2) letter of recommendation
E. Passed the standardized Graduate Program Test.

Doctorate Program

A. A Master’s Degree relevant to the graduate program to be pursued.
B. Original Transcript of records.
C. Intellectual Capacity for advance studies and research.
D. Passed the standardized Graduate Program Test.
E. A “Master’s” Thesis/Special Project Conducted.

BTTE Program

A. Be a graduate of a three-year course with a general weighted average not lower than 2.5 and must have no grade of 5.0 in the major subjects;
B. Be physically and mentally fit.
C. Have the facility for oral and written communication.

For applicants coming from other technological institutions:

     Must meet the above requirements
     Must pass the TUP admission.
